The Problem

Ned Stevens, one of the largest residential exterior home cleaning services in the U.S., initially hired us to audit their marketing and internal PowerBI data. They were facing issues with their marketing and sales funnel. During our audit, we identified several inefficiencies, leading them to hire us to manage their SEO across all brands and PPC for their acquisition brands.

Ned Stevens had two primary goals, the first of which was to rank #1 for gutter cleaning in each of the locations it serviced, and the second, an increase in booked business.

The Strategy

Youtech dove into their data analytics platform, analyzing code and reviewing sales outcomes. After several weeks, Youtech identified key issues that opened up significant sales opportunities. Following this, Youtech took over SEO for Ned Stevens and its acquisition brands.

Now, we have a blueprint in place for all ongoing acquisitions where we comb each site and perform an audit. We keep anything that’s working well while making sure the services and branding all align with the main brand and vision. We implement standardized SEO and PPC marketing efforts for each of them as well, and after some time we eventually tuck these brands into the main brand.
