SeaDek is a leader in the marine flooring industry known for its excellent products, including custom boat flooring and DIY options. However, after experimenting with various marketing strategies and agencies over the years, the brand never quite achieved the results it was after.

As an e-commerce brand, SeaDek also faced marketing challenges in navigating ads on Amazon. Amazon is a highly competitive market, and SeaDek needed a strategy to elevate its products and stand out among a sea of choices.
