About the Job
Youtech is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team. This full-time, in-house position (Monday-Friday) is pivotal in driving client success and project excellence. In this role, you will:
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Performance Management: Oversee client performance and satisfaction, leveraging your expertise to deliver impactful results.
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute cutting-edge digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and drive growth.
Project Management: Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Represent Youtech in daily face-to-face meetings with client teams, ensuring strong communication and collaboration.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the needs of SEO Specialists, Content Writers, and PPC Specialists, ensuring alignment and efficient workflow.
- Monitor analytics to enhance on-page conversion rates and continually improve marketing effectiveness.
- Audit client needs for new opportunities, assisting in strategy development and campaign execution.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and optimal resource allocation.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes, adapting marketing strategies as necessary.
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize results across platforms such as LinkedIn, Display, and Google Ads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, industry influencers, and partners.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successful marketing strategy development.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Deep understanding of SEO, Paid Advertising, Digital Marketing, and proficiency in Google Analytics and AdWords.
- Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
