Community Development
Check out some of the local institutions we support below and learn some of the many ways we could help your business or organization meet its potential.
Naperville Humane Society
On behalf of our office dogs—Youtech helps out the furry, four-legged community whenever the opportunity arises at the Naperville Area Humane Society. We stuff Kong toys with food as a frozen treat for the shelter pups. We also clean their living quarters and end the day by acclimating new pets with some playtime!
Isabel & The Incredibles and Bcureful
Our client relationships mean everything to us. We’ve worked with Awesome Hand Gaming Owner Chris McSwain since 2014. His granddaughter Isabel hosts an annual walk through her organization to support herself and others born with Tuberous Sclerosis Complex. We donate and participate without fail each year.
We’ve also sponsored and attended a Halloween foundation fundraiser for Isabel & The Incredibles’ partner organization: a non-profit called Bcureful. They connect at-risk patients to experienced medical professionals and back research efforts in the hopes of finding a cure for TS.
Northern Illinois Food Bank
To keep the neighbors of Northern Illinois well-fed, Northern Illinois Food Bank offers an online food pantry: My Pantry Express. Not only do we run their marketing efforts to support as many hungry families as possible, but our CEO Wilbur You also lends his business expertise to the cause by serving on their board.
Scottsdale Philharmonic
The Scottsdale Philharmonic aims to expose all ages within the Scottsdale community to classical music through free performances. Our web development and design team jumped at the chance to donate a website as beautiful as their mission. Now, people can learn about the movement and donate to the cause.
Naperville Central High School
At Youtech, we know firsthand that business-driven youth need positive mentors to encourage their pursuits and answer questions. Our CEO Wilbur You and COO Lauren Urban annually educate the next generation of marketers on entrepreneurship in Mrs. Bell’s marketing classes at Naperville Central High School.
Toys for Tots
Every holiday season, we volunteer to have our HQ become a designated dropoff site for Toys for Tots. This foundation collects unopened toys to distribute to children in need to spread the joy of Christmas and send a message of hope. Our team, neighbors, friends, and even you can stop by to donate unwrapped toys!
Loaves and Fishes
Nothing compares to the joy you receive when serving others. We volunteer at Loaves & Fishes to replenish their nutritious food stock and benefit low-income families in Naperville. This organization has a huge impact in alleviating local food insecurity that we’re proud to be a part of.
Feed My Starving Children
Our offices always look forward to getting together and helping out at the Feed My Starving Children Charity. FMSC provides nutrient-packed meals to malnourished children. During our last visit, we were able to pack enough food boxes to feed 87 children for a whole year. Now that’s something to celebrate.
Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship
Giving youth the tools they need to succeed in life is priceless. Our CEO is on the board of the Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship to encourage and inspire the next generation of bright entrepreneurs through Midland’s CEO Program. This program helps future entrepreneurs through mentorship, showing them an inside-look at the day-to-day of established entrepreneurs and giving them an opportunity to pitch their business ideas.
