The Problem
ASH is a well-established global shoe brand that had its sights set on entering the U.S. shoe market. However, the brand didn’t have a dedicated website for its U.S. audience. Youtech helped them create and launch this site while helping strengthen ASH’s brand presence in the United States.
The Goal
ASH wanted to create a website that effectively represented its brand while leveraging a digital marketing strategy to boost awareness, revenue, and sales. They also wanted to retain existing customers while attracting new ones in the U.S. market.
The Strategy
Youtech developed a brand-new website for ASH and coordinated our marketing efforts with its launch in the U.S. We focused on paid digital media by launching PPC and Instagram ads. We also implemented a monthly email marketing strategy and an aggressive SEO plan to increase engagement with current and new customers.

The project focused on optimizing on-page elements for branded and non-branded keywords, improving the internal linking structure and navigation, and reorganizing the main navigation menu. We also addressed technical site health issues by redirecting 404 pages and cleaning up minor errors across the site.

YoY PPC Results
We launched a PMAX campaign featuring all of ASH’s products and changed product titles within the company’s feed to provide clearer titles for customers. The campaign saw immediate success, leading to decreased CPA and increased purchase/revenue.
Since then, we’ve kept up with the product feed and have monitored stock levels to sustain this success. When ASH switched from its Spring collection to its Fall collection, we made quick adjustments to the copy and images/videos to capitalize on new products, which achieved immediate results.

Email Marketing Results
We implemented a monthly newsletter strategy to highlight sales and new product drops, cleaned out email lists to improve segmentation, and created a sunset flow for unengaged subscribers.
