When new leadership took over at United Aqua Group (UAG), they inherited the aftermath of unfulfilled promises from previous management. The company was struggling with an outdated BigCommerce eCommerce store that failed to deliver key functionalities, which frustrated its members.

The platform lacked integration with internal CRM and accounting software, and features that were supposed to enhance the user experience were either delayed or never implemented, leading to eroded trust within UAG’s membership base.
