Goal.
Extend brand awareness and increase clientele.
When OSR first came to Youtech, their desire was simple: expand clientele for their new locations. OSR had zero marketing strategies in place. With eight locations, and a desire to continue expansion, we needed to create marketing plans for each area. Easy to say—not so easy to do. But at Youtech, we never back down from a challenge. Within the first 30 days, OSR saw a substantial increase in leads thanks to our digital marketing strategies in place, with continuous growth throughout the following months.
The Plan.
Originally, Youtech began advertising to all OSR Physical Therapy locations. While our efforts did attract clients, the numbers showed our campaigns mostly impacted locations that were already performing well. To obtain the results we wanted, PPC shifted digital marketing strategies to focus on clinics that needed patient increase.
Content Marketing.
To enhance our newly launched digital marketing campaigns, the copywriting and SEO departments teamed up and created informative and engaging content. The high-quality blogs and website content helped build organic interest and increase brand awareness.
SEO.
Our search engine optimization strategy was nothing to laugh at. We implemented relevant information and keywords throughout their site to establish OSR as a trustworthy and consistent source for all things related to physical therapy. Our structured backlinking increased page authority and launched our keyword ranking sky-high.
PPC.
In lieu of a company-wide campaign, Youtech refocused PPC efforts to target locations that had recently opened. After seeing success with the new locations, OSR decided to add six months of social media ads. Although results were positive, conversion rates plateaued and OSR chose to temporarily pause social advertisements.
The Results.
Despite the conversion rate having a slight decline in the 3rd quarter, OSR has continued to see an increase of clientele throughout each location thanks to our search engine marketing services.
